The Element Oxion 3 Pro pairs adjustable pivot arms with a frame that mounts against the wall. Find your training angle and move between cable exercises with a space-saving setup built for serious home training.

Choose 1:1 for heavier pulls or 2:1 for greater cable travel during functional movements. Each 200 lb stack provides up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 or 100 lb at 2:1.
The ultra-fast resistance switching design enables rapid transitions between 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios, delivering up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 and 100 lb at 2:1 from a 200 lb weight stack.
With 6 vertical adjustment levels from -36° to 54° and 9 horizontal settings from -90° to 90°, the swing arm supports precise positioning across the full training plane to align the resistance path with each movement.
